From breakfast with just baked hot doughnuts to rich buffets each detail is taken care of and in total harmony with the warm and family atmosphere in each restaurant of the Resort. The tables are assigned to the guests at the moment of their arrival and remain the same for the length of the stay.
In the Smeraldo restaurant at Marlusa, the tables are set with practical and ecological tablemats made of recyclable paper.
The Welcome cocktail, the theme evenings with the typical dishes of the traditional Calabrian kitchen and the barbecues on the beach complete the rich and always different dishes of our chefs. In every village you can find a restaurant and an area for children that will have a menu conceived and prepared with care for them under the attentive supervision of our entertainers in a colorful and customized space.
For the kids, at the Minerva and MareGolf villages you will have a baby care center 24 hours a day, while at Marlusa to prepare a meal or sauce with the help of our staff, the service is available only during the main meals. Finally, you can choose and book your lunch at the Sibilla restaurant in the pine forest every day to taste fresh dishes and quick snacks and head back to the beach. Something to drink or a cocktail are always available at the poolside bars or on the beach according to the pre-scheduled timetables.
At the Minerva Resort, special attention is given to Guests who are intolerant to gluten. And even though we cannot offer customized menus and prepared ad hoc for single Guests, we guarantee as follows: most of the food of our menus is fit for our celiac guests. Furthermore, on request, the restaurant provides, also in the Hotel formula, ciambelloni (a ring cake) for breakfast, pasta for lunch and dinner, desert for dinner.
